Justin and his coworker found the issue quickly, was straight to the point of what needed to be fixed and up front with the cost of the repair. Also showed me the issue/parts involved and explained to me how the unit operated. Work was completed in a timely manner. We’re very pleased

Our AC technician was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our heater and had it up and running in no time. We really appreciate his hard work and the care he took to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great service all around!

Justin was the example of professionalism in every way. He explained every thing he was doing and answered all of my questions in detail. The next time I have an issue with my HAVAC system I will request that they send Justin.I must also commend his apprentice that was with him. The guys (Trey, Justin, and another person - didn't get their name) at Amarillo Air Conditioning just completed installation of our new Heat Pump system. Wow - did they do a terrific job! They were here on time; kept our downstairs spotless; went above and beyond in the installation - cleaned out a drip pan drain pic line that had been clogged. Very polite and clean. Left everything neat and tidy. We couldn't have been more pleased. If you want a first class job done at a reasonable price, call AMARILLO AIR CONDITIONING. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve used this company a few times now. Outstanding service. Even the receptionist, Pam I think is her name, is always so kind. Technicians are always super knowledgeable. This is the only AC company I use. Actually, my entire family uses them now because of their reputation. Super reliable, won’t give you the runaround, won’t overcharge you, very reasonable and good with time management! They even offer a membership for certain discounts and maintenance a couple of times a year. Very fair prices!

I would highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning LLC. Justin was our technician and he identified a major issue with our HVAC system that other companies in town failed to notice. He was back the next day to fix the issue. We really appreciated his attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and how quickly they were able to work us into the schedule to complete the project.

Amarillo Air Conditioning'd service is great. I called for an evaluation ( HVAC) in the morning and it was done by the afternoon.They called me the evaluation results and told me how much it would cost me . The work was done quickly/efficiently. I appreciated the great service and they were polite/ courteous.Thank you again for a great job.

Love our new accent lights! Amarillo Air Conditioning did a fantastic job! Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable of the JellyFish Designer lights. Justin explained the app and all the features of the lights very well. Highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning and JellyFish Designer lights!

I was impressed with Amarillo Air from the very beginning. Pam, the phone operator was incredibly sweet and polite. The technician, Trey, was very professional and provided us with a thorough explanation of the problem with our mini split. He provided us with options for the repair without any pressure. Had the work completed in the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.

Great customer service! Had to call after hours for a technician and from the dispatcher to the field tech, they were professional and timely. Trey discovered the issue in no time and had me up and running on my A/C unit. Highly recommend Amarillo Air Condition LLC.

1st of all , Wednesday ,they came out that day we called about our AC going out, Impressive, it's why they got our business. Our expectation was probably not going to have AC that day. Trey , came out, gave us 3 estimates we could evaluate and we picked the one for our budget fit. Friday they returned, impressive, for a full HVAC replacement outside/inside heating/ac units central air.They started a little past 8am Friday, they got rained on during the day and in afternoon, still they were able to complete the entire undertaking in a full day, and on late Friday evening at that. Trey, Justin and their crews , were very very cordial, and answered all our questions. Ps our old ac lasted 48 years house original.I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

Efficient, friendly, respectful and thorough! Pam was very helpful and made sure to communicate to when a tech was coming and when he was at our home. They also sent a picture of who is coming! That made my husband feel so much better about having someone in our home. Justin came in and was very approachable and quick. He explained the issue well and gave clear options for the fix along with financing options. We ended up having to have a new unit so Justin walked us through the steps for financing and was very patient with us in our slightly distressed state. Justin and Nate showed up bright and early the next day and worked tirelessly for probably over 9 hours to make sure we had a comfortable house to sleep in that same night. Not only did they work hard to get our unit in but they made sure our dog (Merlin) went outside to potty. Merlin is a great judge of character and he LOVED Justin and Nate and that’s enough for me! He was even able to nap in his chair while they were working! That lets me know that they are trustworthy, because that little terrier mutt doesn’t let just anyone mess in his house 😂. They didn’t even bat an eye at the chicken poop that may be lurking in our back yard. Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up so the house looked even better than when they got there. All 3 of us slept comfortably last night in our cool home.This is a great local company and those guys deserve a raise! Thanks Justin and Nate!
