Was informed when scheduling that there would be no cost for them to evaluate the AC and then charged $99 evaluation fee. If they were honest and upfront about the fee, I would have needed to wait till next when I would have the funds versus causing my account to go delinquent. The techs were great and thorough but i wish the business was more honest when scheduling their appointments.Update: they called promptly and offered a full refund and were very professional and understood their chat system miscommunicated.

Have a two story home with 2 separate units. Other places wanted to charge $99 estimate per unit. Amarillo Air charged me $99 for the whole house. Needed a new capacitor for the downstairs unit and a blower motor for the upstairs unit. Got both issues fixed but ran into an unrepairable problem. Justin was really awesome getting the repairs done and an estimate for a replacement. Didn’t charge me for what couldn’t be 100% fixed, even though he put in a lot of time and effort. I can see why Amarillo air has 5 stars now. Will definitely use in the future. Send Justin again.

From the friendly service on the phone to the quick response and repair time, we had a great experience. Our A/C was not running on a very hot day and Davian had it up and running perfectly within a few hours of our call.

Notified company of my need for HVAC problem to get fixed and they had Justin out here in a timely manner! Price for service was very reasonable and Justin did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning!

Outstanding service! Justin was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and friendly! He clearly knew his craft and went above and beyond to explain the issue with my AC system in detail, answering all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and who also takes the time to make sure the customer understands everything in detail. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service! I will definitely only be using Amarillo Air Conditioning from here on out!

Amarillo Air-Conditioning and their technicians were very knowledgeable. They spent the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. They have very fast and on-time service. I talked to several contractors about having permanent lighting installed, and Amarillo Air Conditioning definitely offered more bang for your buck. It is an investment, but well worth it!They could not have been more professional and courteous, and the gentleman who led our install, Justin, was so nice and took the time to really make sure I understood the system.He downloaded the app and showed me several of the endless possibilities for customizing our home, and the guys on his team were genuinely enjoying what they were doing. One of them even fixed a bad board I had on my gate, without me even knowing!We are so pleased and excited and cannot recommend A.A.C. enough!! 🤗

Friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but got a second opinion on a 4k quote on the 5yr old unit that they said needed a complete rebuild is up and running for $400 and a new capacitor. Also charged $99 just to come out and another $140 to diagnose I believe is what he said… grade 1 diagnosis?! Second opinion came out for free and was fixed the same day. Recommend getting a second opinion.

I had Amarillo Air Conditioning LLC come out to do maintenance on my HVAC system and the entire process was very simple. I got a call from Pam first thing in the morning to let me know a technician was available. Trey showed up and was very thorough and professional in the maintenance. He recommended a simple part change to prevent future mishaps with the AC unit which I appreciated. Overall, great service and I highly recommend!

We use Amarillo Air Conditioning when we have issues with our system. The young man who came to repair our system was Trey Hickmott and he was wonderful! Very efficient and personable! He diagnosed our problem and repaired it quickly! Our family has used Amarillo Air Conditioning for over 20years and have always been very happy with their service, especially Trey!! Highly recommend!!!!

Justin and Kenton were friendly and professional and very clean in their work . There service is great in keeping you informed when they will be arriving through phone or text , and when they text it tells you the person who will be in route so you can put a face to who will be knocking at the door . Trey was the first person who can out to evaluate our concerns and lets us know what the issue was and gave a good first impression of the company he represents. What a busy afternoon! Much to do and Justin managed my needs and requests admirably, even found a couple of items that had not materialized in a failure…yet. Today’s visit was all about checking heating/cooling system operations being within or exceeding specs and the outcome was great for my now 12 year old system. Justin found a couple additional measures to tweak for even more improvement, over and above expectations. Today sure made me happy I had Amarillo Air replace my old system 12 years ago, no better excuse to have them come back to check on their handiwork again!

The guys (Trey, Justin, and another person - didn't get their name) at Amarillo Air Conditioning just completed installation of our new Heat Pump system. Wow - did they do a terrific job! They were here on time; kept our downstairs spotless; went above and beyond in the installation - cleaned out a drip pan drain pic line that had been clogged. Very polite and clean. Left everything neat and tidy. We couldn't have been more pleased. If you want a first class job done at a reasonable price, call AMARILLO AIR CONDITIONING. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve used this company a few times now. Outstanding service. Even the receptionist, Pam I think is her name, is always so kind. Technicians are always super knowledgeable. This is the only AC company I use. Actually, my entire family uses them now because of their reputation. Super reliable, won’t give you the runaround, won’t overcharge you, very reasonable and good with time management! They even offer a membership for certain discounts and maintenance a couple of times a year. Very fair prices!

I would highly recommend Amarillo Air Conditioning LLC. Justin was our technician and he identified a major issue with our HVAC system that other companies in town failed to notice. He was back the next day to fix the issue. We really appreciated his attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and how quickly they were able to work us into the schedule to complete the project.

Amarillo Air Conditioning'd service is great. I called for an evaluation ( HVAC) in the morning and it was done by the afternoon.They called me the evaluation results and told me how much it would cost me . The work was done quickly/efficiently. Love our new accent lights! Amarillo Air Conditioning did a fantastic job! Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable of the JellyFish Designer lights. I was impressed with Amarillo Air from the very beginning. Pam, the phone operator was incredibly sweet and polite. The technician, Trey, was very professional and provided us with a thorough explanation of the problem with our mini split. He provided us with options for the repair without any pressure. Had the work completed in the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.

1st of all , Wednesday ,they came out that day we called about our AC going out, Impressive, it's why they got our business. Our expectation was probably not going to have AC that day. Trey , came out, gave us 3 estimates we could evaluate and we picked the one for our budget fit. Friday they returned, impressive, for a full HVAC replacement outside/inside heating/ac units central air.They started a little past 8am Friday, they got rained on during the day and in afternoon, still they were able to complete the entire undertaking in a full day, and on late Friday evening at that. Trey, Justin and their crews , were very very cordial, and answered all our questions. Ps our old ac lasted 48 years house original.I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

Efficient, friendly, respectful and thorough! Pam was very helpful and made sure to communicate to when a tech was coming and when he was at our home. They also sent a picture of who is coming! That made my husband feel so much better about having someone in our home. Justin came in and was very approachable and quick. He explained the issue well and gave clear options for the fix along with financing options. We ended up having to have a new unit so Justin walked us through the steps for financing and was very patient with us in our slightly distressed state. Justin and Nate showed up bright and early the next day and worked tirelessly for probably over 9 hours to make sure we had a comfortable house to sleep in that same night. Not only did they work hard to get our unit in but they made sure our dog (Merlin) went outside to potty. Merlin is a great judge of character and he LOVED Justin and Nate and that’s enough for me! He was even able to nap in his chair while they were working! That lets me know that they are trustworthy, because that little terrier mutt doesn’t let just anyone mess in his house 😂. They didn’t even bat an eye at the chicken poop that may be lurking in our back yard. Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up so the house looked even better than when they got there. All 3 of us slept comfortably last night in our cool home.This is a great local company and those guys deserve a raise! Thanks Justin and Nate!
